The purpose of the AWA (Inc), or its objectives are:

•  to encourage the development of model aircraft and model aviation in Western Australia

•  to affiliate with other bodies with similar objectives and interests

•  to be a member of the Model Aeronautical Association of Australia (MAAA)

•  to provide AWA members representation to MAAA through its delegates.

Aeromodellers W.A. (Inc) is a member of the MAAA as the Western Australian representative organization according to the rules of the MAAA.

Aeromodellers W.A. (Inc) recognizes and abides by the Commonwealth's Privacy Act 1988.
